What are the Preferred and Premium Programs?
Upgrade from the Privilege Membership to either the Preferred or Premium tiers. These advanced tiers offer you additional peace of mind and guides you through all aspects of compliance. It includes a state and office specific customized manual, forms and templates and with the Premium Membership, monthly phone calls to your office ensuring an active ongoing program. Let us take the worry out of being compliant with HIPAA, OIG, Medicare, Medicaid, OSHA, and your State. It also includes the recommended monthly review of all your staff on the State and Federal exclusion lists and access to the experts.
What is my obligation when signing up?
Our Memberships require an initial 12-month commitment and then month to month thereafter.
What happens when Tools Of Practice discovers something non-compliant with my office?
TOOLS OF PRACTICE is here to help all our members. We answer your questions, guide you through any concerns, report directly to you, and offer you remediation advice.
Can you help my practice with the stress of documentation?
We guide you through what is and isn’t needed in documentation to help you find your most efficient approach with how you practice regardless of what system you utilize.
Why Tools Of Practice?
TOOL OF PRACTICE provides a unique resource for our Members. Paul & Mark provide a blend of broad experience with practice, medical malpractice defense, compliance experience, billing, coding and more. Paul has a third-party insurance billing company and experiences the challenges of billing in today’s environment. Paul also serves on a State regulatory board and has over a decade of State and local regulatory board experience. Mark has offered malpractice defense since 1995 from file reviews to expert witness testimony. Mark’s years of practice and state regulatory board experience provides an in-depth insight to our members.
What States Accept PACE-recognized CEU's?
